    What is USU World?

    USU World is the premier event for customers and prospective clients of the USU Group and has been held every two years since 2025. Participants can look forward to a diverse program: practical keynotes, interactive workshops, and in-depth sessions on USU products, an exhibition featuring USU and its partners—as well as plenty of opportunities for networking. All of this takes place over two days.

    Where and when will USU World 2027 take place?

    USU World will take place from May 11–13, 2027, at the Confertainment Center at Europa-Park in Rust.

    Is there a deadline for booking the packages?

    Reservations are open until March 5, 2027. As availability is limited, we encourage you to book early. 

    What amenities are included with the exhibition booths?

    We provide everything you need: a fully equipped trade show booth system with professional furniture and an attractive backdrop. It’s a complete turnkey solution, you don’t have to worry about a thing. The only preparation required: Send us the print file for your custom backdrop in advance. On-site, all you need to bring are your giveaways and marketing materials.

    Where are the booths located in the exhibition hall?

    The exhibition area, complete with catering and an on-site registration desk, is located in the foyer of the Europa-Park Confertainment Center, the heart of USU World 2027. This serves as the starting point for all user groups, ensuring maximum visibility throughout the event.

    How are exhibition booth locations assigned?

    Booth space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and we handle the assignment of locations. However, we guarantee optimal visibility for all booths and ensure the best possible placement.

    Can I purchase additional participant tickets?
