What is USU World?
USU World is the central event for customers and interested parties of the USU Group. Since 2025 the event has been held every other year. Participants can expect a varied program: practice oriented keynotes, interactive workshops and deep-dive sessions on USU products, an exhibition with USU and its partners—as well as plenty of time for networking. All of this spread over two days.
Where and when will USU World 2027 take place?
Is there a charge for participating in USU World 2027?
Yes, participation in USU World 2027 is subject to a fee. The blind booking ticket (available up to and including September 20) costs:
- 175,- € plus VAT. | without overnight stay
- 375,- € plus VAT. | Ticket & 1 overnight stay from May 12-13, 2027
- 570,- € plus VAT | Ticket & 2 overnight stays from May 11-13, 2027
What is included in the participation fee?
The participation fee for USU World 2027 (blind booking ticket until September 20, 2026) includes the following:
- One-day event on May 12 & 13
- Supporting program from May 11-13
- Catering from May 11-13
Hotel accommodation and admission to the theme park are not included in the participation fee. Hotel accommodation can be booked separately when registering.

Cancellation free of charge is possible until February 26, 2027. Re-registration to other colleagues is still possible after February 26, 2027.
