    Die USU World startet am 04. Juni um 10:00 Uhr mit einem inspirierenden Hauptprogramm! Dich erwarten spannende Vorträge von führenden Branchen-Experten und Einblicke in die Zukunft der IT.
    Erkunde in der anschließenden Mittagspause unsere Ausstellung und komme mit unseren Partnerunternehmen und uns ins Gespräch - eine perfekte Gelegenheit zum Austausch und Networking.
    Nach der Mittagspause, geht es ab 14:30 Uhr weiter mit den User Groups.

    Get ready for the evening highlights

    ✨ June 3 from 7:00 PM – Welcome Come Together

    Start your USU World experience in a relaxed atmosphere! From 7:00 PM, we’ll open the doors of the Confertainment Center – including the Eden Palladium and Dome foyers as well as the Dome itself.

    You can look forward to registration, the opening of the exhibition, and a casual evening to settle in and connect.

    Enjoy great conversations and first impressions – the evening wraps up at 11:00 PM.

    ✨ June 4 from 7:30 PM – Grand Evening Event

    Look forward to an eventful evening filled with relaxed conversations, delicious food, and great music!

    In Dome, you’ll find cozy lounge areas, fine catering, and a special surprise waiting for you.

    And the night doesn’t end there:
    From 10 PM, we’re turning up the volume in the Studio with a DJ and a proper party!

    Your Arrival at the Confertainment Center, Europa-Park Rust

    By Car
    Europa-Park is conveniently located directly on the A5 motorway (Karlsruhe–Basel). Take the Rust exit (57b). From there, it’s just a few minutes to the park and your hotels.

    By Train
    Travel to Ringsheim/Europa-Park station. From there, a bus (line 7231/7200.3) will take you in just a few minutes directly to the park’s main entrance as well as to the hotels.

    By Plane
    Nearby airports include EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg, Strasbourg Airport, and Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden Airport. From any of these, you can reach Europa-Park by rental car, train, or shuttle services.

    🅿️ Parking
    Parking directly at Europa-Park is subject to a fee. We therefore recommend using the free parking areas at the Bell Rock and Colosseo hotels. From there, you can conveniently take the Europa-Park Express to the Confertainment Center.

    Your booked accommodation

    If you have booked your USU World ticket including accommodation, you should have already received a confirmation of your hotel reservation. If not, please contact Amelie Scheuermann directly at amelie.scheuermann@usu.com.

    Hotel Colosseo

    The 4-star experience hotel Colosseo welcomes you with the flair of ancient Rome.
    On site, you can park for free and take the Europa-Park Express at regular intervals to the Confertainment Center—also free of charge.

    Hotel Bell Rock

    At the 4-star experience hotel Bell Rock, you’ll immerse yourself in the world of America’s explorers.
    On site, you can park for free and take the Europa-Park Express at regular intervals to the Confertainment Center—also free of charge.

    Shuttle Service with the Europa-Park Express

    For your convenient transfer between the event hotels and the Confertainment Center, the Europa-Park Express is available to you on all event days.

    Exclusive USU World Rides – directly from the event hotels:

    • June 3: 6:30 PM
    • June 4: 8:30 AM & 7:00 PM
    • June 5: 8:30 AM 

    Please note:
    Direct departures from the hotels are not possible between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. During this time, you can use the “Spain” stop inside Europa-Park – it is located about 200 meters from the hotels and is regularly served by the Europa-Park Express.

    You will receive your ticket at check-in at the event hotels (Bell Rock & Colosseo) or during registration at the Confertainment Center. It is valid for the entire duration of the event.

    No ticket is required for the exclusive USU World rides listed above – just hop on and ride!

    Your Journey through USU World: Exhibitor Rally

    Join the Exhibitor Rally and get a chance to win fantastic prizes!
    At registration, you will receive your stamp card – then it’s time to collect stamps! Be sure to visit all exhibitor booths as well as the AI and SaaS Corner to collect your stamp. Once your card is full, simply drop it with your contact details into the ballot box at the HelpDesk. The prize draw will take place on June 5 at 1:45 PM in the plenary session – only those present can win.

    As a participant of USU World 2025, you have the opportunity to visit the Europa-Park Rust theme park on June 5 from 3:00 PM.

    Not registered yet? Then sign up here by May 28, 2025 – or pick it up on-site.

    Important to know:

    • Participation in USU World 2025 is required

    • Only one ticket per person will be issued

    • You can pick up your admission ticket on June 5 during the morning coffee break or lunch break at the HelpDesk

    This year, USU World 2025 will be held at the Confertainment Center of Europa-Park Rust.

    As of April 1, we unfortunately have to charge you for the package you booked.

    If we are able to reassign your hotel room, we will waive the corresponding costs – however, we cannot guarantee this.

    Do you have a replacement?
    Feel free to contact us at events@usu.com, and we will transfer your ticket to your substitute.

    Parking on the Europa-Park site is generally subject to a charge.
    However, you can park for free at the Bell Rock and Colosseo hotels. From there, the Europa-Park Express conveniently takes you to the Confertainment Center.

    Yes, we will provide you with a website including all approved presentations. So you can relive USU World 2025 and share the information with your colleagues.

    You will receive the invoice for your booked package after USU World 2025.
